Super friendly owners who personally gave us the keys at the apartment and explained everything in detail. Excellent Wi-Fi, kitchen, cleanliness, and comfortable bed. Jaw-dropping location, only minutes away from the old town and the lake. Mind-blowing secure parking at just 5 euros per day. The recently rebuilt room and building exceeded our expectations. Spacious bathroom with a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Kind host offering a parking place. Conveniently close to the city center and train station for day trips.

We had a fantastic stay near the old town, bus station, harbor, train station, supermarket, and transportation options.

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and it was great, as it's located in a quiet area close to the city center, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or by funicular.

The location was perfect being very close to the city center and the staff and owner were very friendly and treated us like family.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel as it was very close to the city center. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. the room was spacious and clean, just like the photos showed. the bathroom was excellent, with plenty of space and good quality fixtures. the air conditioning provided in the room was a lifesaver during the hot days. We also appreciated having a fridge in the room, which kept our drinks cool.

We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially the host, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

The morning meal could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

I had a wonderful stay at Como Rooms & Apartments T.10! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen in the apartment, allowing me to cook and enjoy local food. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of minor suggestions that could improve the experience. It would have been nice to have hooks on the wall for coats, especially during bad weather when they might be wet.
